Everyone I dealt with at Mister Sparky was pleasant and helped me through a horrible time. Kayla originally came and saw what needed to be done. She clearly explained it to me and introduced me to my technician, Raleigh. Raleigh was really nice, professional, explained what the steps were and was sympathetic to my situation. He was thorough and followed up on issues. I was unable to stay at my house while work was being done, and Mister Sparky booked a room for me for two nights. I was surprised as I did not expect them to, but it was a godsend and one less thing to stress over. If I am in need of electrical work in the future I'll use Mister Sparky and will recommend them. Wes and Kyle did excellent work installing a new EV charger. It was a long tedious job but they were very professional and the finished work came out amazing! Super friendly and helpful gentlemen. I’d use them again.
I had an emergency with my system. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who assured me that someone will be there to see the issues. They came out the same day and explained what was the problem. Came back the following day and did the work, upgraded my electrical system. All of the technicians who came were very knowledgeable and courteous but Raleigh was outstanding—he made us feel comfortable and trusting. I would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them again.
Long day for Sean D. and 'Big' Wes. But they worked diligently for 13.5 hours, no breaks, a few trips by Wes to the store for parts that my 1984 outdated electrical wiring requested. Such respectful, neat, personable young men who should be personally praised and valued by Mister Sparky. I highly recommend this company.
Both Sean and Kayla were fantastic. Very young licensed electricians who knew their stuff. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. A little bit of sticker shock at $615 to run power to the ceiling of my daughter's bedroom so I could install a ceiling fan. Maybe that's the going rate, who knows. Seemed a little pricey to me, but maybe I'm behind the times. Completely satisfied with the work Kayla did. I would trust both Kayla or Sean to do any electrical work I may need in the future, and I highly recommend them.
Sean was awesome! He was friendly and professional and really educated me on not just my issue but other things that were relevant to my home and needs. I really appreciated his knowledge and experience.
I do remember my technician but her name was not listed. Kayla was extremely pleasant. She was polite, respectful and she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable with the information she was providing and she was very knowledgeable. I was extremely tickled but happy by the fact that she put booties on her boots. It was really nasty outside and she made sure not to track any dirt from outside into the house. Kayla explained everything thoroughly and any questions I did have she explained to prevent any confusion. She has fantastic customer service skills and effective communication. It's great to see women out in the field getting the job done too! Great job Kayla.
